ChooseYourDream Vacation Rentals (Reg. No CH-550.1.093.113-7) is located in Lausanne, Switzerland (Place du Tunnel 3, 1005). We are committed to providing best quality vacation rentals as also the highest level of vacation services to our clients and guests.

The terms  “WE”, “US”, “OUR”, and “CHOSEYOURDREAM” refer to ChooseYourDream Vacation Rentals, a Swiss company and/or our subsidiaries. The term “YOU” refers to the customer utilizing, visiting, or accessing the website, and/or listing on this website.

Advertise with us

If you own an apartment, a villa, a yacht, a barge or a sailing boat , and you want to rent it for short periods, we offer you the possibility to announce it in our web page. Working with us is free of charge!

We offer a booking system which lets you immediately know the reservations you will receive and we also provide a calendar in which you can block the dates that are not available for our clients and guests. For this reason we do not ask exclusivity.

Conditions to announce your property in our website

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You possess the legal authority to create a binding legal obligation *
• You will only use this website to offer or secure legitimate accommodations for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act,
• All information supplied by you on this website is true, accurate, current and complete.
• If you will create an account in chooseyourdream.ch, you will safeguard your account information, you will supervise the use of your account, and you will be completely responsible for any use of your account by you and/or anyone other than you. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny anyone access to this website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, violation of this agreement.
• You must rent your property at least for the following 6 months.
• When your property is uploaded on our web-site, you will constantly keep the calendar of your property up to date.
• Any property advertised must meet our  access criteria for to be published.

Payment Policy

• Apartments hosts: You will receive the total amount the day of the clients arrival.
• Villas/Chalets/Riads hosts : You will receive 20% of the total amount as a down payment for the booking of the property and the balance 4 weeks before the arrival date.

Cancellation by the clients

Apartments Cancellation fees are as follows:

• For cancellations 30 days less before arrival you will receive the 25% of the total amount.

Villas Cancellation fees are as follows:

• 20% deposit - non refundable
• Between 8 weeks - 4 weeks before arrival : You keep the 40% of the total amount.
• At 4 weeks or less before arrival : You keep the 100% of the total amount.

* Due to security reasons, we cannot make your property live until we receive the following information:

1. A copy of your valid photo ID. (Drivers license or Passport)
2. An original gas, telephone or other utility bill for the rental property dated within the last 3 months.
3. Proof of ownership (such as copy of purchase of agreement, deed, or tax bill)

If you manage or represent the property on this listing, we will also need the following information:

1. A signed, written letter from the property owner authorizing you to rent the property.
2. A copy of the property owner’s valid photo ID (Driver’s license or Passport).
