The flat is very nice, clean and in a great location. There’s great water pressure and lots of hot water in the bath. It was a little warm in the loft, which is fine for us since it was chilly when we were there, but might have been a bit much in the summer since there are no windows. Make sure you confirm what time you can get into the flat when you book. We were not advised that we couldn’t have access until 1 pm and ended up wandering cold damp Paris for 4 hours with our luggage. The owner of the flat is very nice and accommodating, which is nice. And the ChooseYourDreams people were really helpful when we had an emergency midway through our trip. One item of concern—it’s listed as wheelchair accessible, which it is not. There is a large barn-like door that lets you into the courtyard which you need someone to enter to open form the inside. It cannot be opened by someone in a wheelchair. Additionally, there is a ledge to enter the flat – it pretty much amounts to two steps – one up and one down. While there is a sleeper sofa on the ground floor, when pulled out it’s too low to the ground for someone who is in a wheelchair to sleep in. The one thing that does make is accessible is that it’s on the ground floor, so for some people who are 1) with a companion and 2) pretty mobile it can work, but it’s not even close to ADA standards. I would highly recommend this flat to non-wheelchair users

Au coeur de la vie parisienne, idéalement situé et tranquille. Les matériaux utilisés sont harmonieusement mélangés, la pierre, le fer, le bois et le verre procurent un bien être, tout comme le lit qui, de par sa grandeur et sa qualité, permet un véritable moment de détente dans un lieu original. Merci aux propriétaires qui mettent à la disposition de chacun cet appartement magnifiquement bien équipé.
